Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL to all 50 of the United States. Priority Mail is generally delivered within 3 business days of shipment.

Call for information about alternative shipping methods and/or international shipments.

Tunkables is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged during shipment. Optional insurance is available.

We charge actual Priority Mail rates plus a small handling fee.

Returns or Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted for any reason. Please make sure items are returned to us in the original packaging.

All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of the original order. Please return by US Postal Service Priority Mail or similar 2-3 day shipping service and obtain a tracking number from the postal service or shipping company, to protect you against loss of packages.

Please contact us after you have sent your package and provide the following information in your e-mail or phone message:

1. Your original invoice number
2. Your name and address
3. The tracking number of your package
4. The reason for your return

Within 5-7 days of receipt of your package, we will issue a company check payable to the original purchaser, for the full price of the returned product, less the original shipping fees.
